<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><span style="background-color: orange;">Word</span><br />You may see in word document that text are overlapping and it may persist when we print the document. To solve that problem we can try following.</p>
<p>Two possible solutions: </p>
<ul>
<li>Close Outlook before opening Word </li>
<li>Open Word: Menu/Tools/ Options,&#8217;Print&#8217;tab, uncheck the option &#8216;Print Background&#8217;. Close and restart Word and open the document</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="background-color: orange;">Outlook</span><br />Because Outlook Today is created using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and uses a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) to link to its page, it displays the colors you select as the default Internet colors.</p>
<p>To make these color settings the same as your Windows colors, follow these steps:</p>
<ol>
<li>Click <b>Start</b>, point to <b>Settings</b>, and then click <b>Control Panel</b>.</li>
<li>Double-click the <b>Internet</b> icon.</li>
<li>On the <b>General</b> tab, click <b>Colors</b>.</li>
<li>Click to select <strong>Use Windows Colors</strong>.</li>
<li>Click <b>OK</b>, and then click <b>OK</b> again.</li>
